The inlet valve (inlet valve) and outlet valve (outlet check valve) series products for high pressure feedwater heaters are respectively used at the inlet and outlet of high pressure heaters in 50MW-6000MW boilers as protective valves for high pressure heaters. During the operation of the high-pressure heater, when there is a leakage in the piping system or a failure of the drain valve, it can cause the water level on the steam side to rise, which can easily lead to high-pressure feedwater backflow into the turbine. To prevent accidents, when the water level on the steam side reaches the alarm level, the electric contact water level transmitter contacts and the quick opening and closing solenoid valve opens. The condensed water enters above the inlet valve piston, the inlet valve disc closes, and the feed water to the inlet high-pressure heater is cut off. At the same time, the bypass is opened, and the feed water enters the boiler through the bypass. The high-pressure heater is disconnected to ensure the normal operation of the unit. When the high-pressure heater is put into operation, the inlet valve disc automatically opens and cuts off the bypass under the pressure of the feedwater in the system. The feedwater enters the boiler after passing through the high-pressure heater, thereby improving the thermal efficiency of the power plant and ensuring the safe operation of the unit.
